Clinical services to be provided:-1. Essential General Medical Services2. Additional General Medical Services National, Directed and Local Enhanced Services3. Enhanced ServicesThe above services are defined in the standard General medical services contract 2006, but will be adapted to fit the special circumstances of the patient type and location.Core hours of service: 0800 - 18:30.
