Sport Aberdeen invites interest from parties to undertake the grounds maintenance services for the following facilities and associated amenity areas:Outdoor Sports Facilities:Golf:— Balnagask 18-Hole Golf Course;— Balnagask Golf Course Pitch and Putt;— Hazlehead 18-Hole No.1 Golf Course;— Hazlehead 18-Hole No 2. Golf Course;— Hazlehead 9-Hole Golf Course;— Hazlehead Golf Course Pitch and Putt;— Kings Links 18-Hole Golf Course;— Kings Links 6-Hole Golf Course;— Recreational Putting;— Albury Outdoor Centre;— Hilton Outdoor Sports Centre;— Northfield Outdoor Sports Centre;— Ruthrieston Outdoor Sports Centre.Bowling:— Albury Outdoor Centre;— Hilton Outdoor Sports Centre;— Northfield Outdoor Sports Centre;— Ruthrieston Outdoor Sports Centre;— Torry Outdoor Centre;— Westburn Outdoor Centre.Tennis:— Albury Outdoor Sports Centre;— Torry Outdoor Sports Centre;— Hilton Outdoor Sports Centre;— Northfield Outdoor Sports Centre;— Ruthrieston Outdoor Centre.Football:— Aulton Outdoor Sports Pitches;— Hazlehead Outdoor Pitches;— Inverdee Outdoor Pitches;— Sheddocksley Outdoor Sports Pitches.Cricket:— Sheddocksley Outdoor Pitches;— Links Outdoor Pitches;— Indoor Sports Facilities Amenity Areas;— Alex Collie Sports and Community Centre;— Beach Leisure Centre;— Bucksburn Swimming Pool;— Kincorth Sports Centre;— Northfield Swimming Pool;— Peterculter Sports Centre;— Sheddocksley Sports Pavilion;— The Jesmond Centre;— Torry Youth and Community Centre.Sports pitches and associated amenity areas will be maintained to meet the required standards of Aberdeen City Council. The contract will initially be for a 5-year term. Subject to mutual agreement and performance there will be an option to extend for a further term of up to 5 years. The works and operation costs will be based on an output specification.
