Gloucestershire NHS Procurement Shared Service on behalf of Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and NHS Gloucestershire & Gloucestershire Care Services and successor organisations with a requirement to supply to 2Gether NHS Foundation Trust on an ad hoc basis, wish to appoint a service provider for the provision of health record folders for patient notes.It should be noted that during the period of this contract, there will be a requirement for several variations of the standard health record file and the successful supplier will be required to deliver approx. 50,000 folders at regular intervals to multiple sites throughout Gloucestershire. A possible EPR implementation during the lifetime of the contract which may reduce the volume of folders required towards the end of the contract. The contract will be for 3 years with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 12 months.
