Healthcare Insurance Services. Westminster City Council currently provides Health Insurance cover to approximately 55 of their Directors, Senior Officers and Deputies. The health insurance cover is to be fully rostered and include without limitation such London and possible Provincial hospital access, psychiatric cover, maternity cover, overseas and repatriation cover, full refund-outpatient cover for abnormal conditions, 24 hour/365 days year help for advice and stress. The scheme operates on a Fully Insured Flat Rate basis.
