This Invitation to Tender (ITT) has been prepared for the purpose of requesting tenders in the Open Procedure (OJEU) procurement process in relation to the Provision of Healthcare Planning Consultancy Service for St James’s Hospital (the Contract). This procurement process is being undertaken by the Board of St James’s Hospital, James Street Dublin 8 which is the primary customer and the contract holder (the Contracting Authority (CASt James’s Hospital is seeking to procure a Healthcare Planning Consultancy Service to provide a planning model which will be used to support capital development and workforce planning over the next 10 – 15 years. The Service will be to build the model using national and local subject matter experts, existing hospital and community data and international benchmarks. The model will be interactive and dynamic and will allow St James’s Hospital and other providers within the St James’s Hospital catchment area adjust the assumptions and change input data on an ongoing basis. The Hospital requires delivery of the completed model in the shortest reasonable timeline from commencement of contract.Further project support work may be drawn down under the contract as may be required by the CA.
