This notice is to advise that Northumberland County Council is extending the existing contract with Northumbria Healthcare Foundation Trust (NHFT) for the provision of 0-5 Healthy Child Programme for a period of 12 months. The Public Health service intends to develop an Integrated 0-19 Service and include the 0-5 Healthy Child Programme as part of the approach. Therefore extending the contract with Northumbria Healthcare Foundation Trust (NHCFT) for a 12 month period will allow sufficient time to evaluate the optimum solution for the delivery of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme in its entirety.
