1 – 18 Wesley Court, Warren Street, Tenby SA70 7JT was built in 1995 and has 18 flats consisting of 14 number 1 bed 2 person flats and 4 number 2 bed 2 person flats. They are traditional cavity wall construction rendered and painted externally. Existing heating is E7 storage heaters with hot water cylinders for hot water. New gas supplies have been already installed and ready for tenants to register for their new meters.The contract consists of removing the electric storage heaters and hot water system, making good and disposal to registered waste facility. Include for blanking off existing spur sockets and modifying electrics to enable the E7 metred supply to be removed. Assist tenants to arrange disconnection with their supplier.Design a new wet central heating and hot water system to comply with the general specification provided and current regulations, systems to be installed in to each individual properties, include a new Worcester combi/system boiler with Magnaclean Micro 2 magnetic filter unit, copper pipework with Stelrad compact radiators sized correctly and fitted with thermostatic radiator valves, thermostats and boiler to have a programmable time clock.A new gas supply has been laid into the building and meters will be fitted inside the flats. Include for new gas pipes from meter to boiler as required. See separate drawing showing approximate locations of gas main entry into flats. Flats number 3;4;11 and 12 have their meter points in the bin store, include for additional pipework to run along the concrete soffit of the car park and through the floors to get to the flats.
