Cleaning Services Requirements The scope of cleaning services relates to cleaning which is deemed to be ‘routine’ or ‘on-request’. Examples of which include, but are not limited to: - External cleaning of car park and external ground areas - Reactive cleaning (if requested for spillages) - Routine cleaning - Window cleaning (external) - Window cleaning (internal) Security Services Requirements - Daily lockdowns - Alarm activation - Possible ad-hoc presence for any out of hours maintenance work which can’t take place during normal business hours (please note this is rare). - Room moves (as and when required) - Routine emergency light checks
