The Isle of Anglesey County Council (IoACC) wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified consultant for the provision of Housing Consultancy Services for the project of identifying development opportunities for affordable housing schemes with a view to mitigating the risk of a shortage of affordable housing that may occur on the Island as the development of the proposed New Wylfa proceeds.The successful award of this tender is subject to receiving grant funding.
