Provision of housing related support on a floating support basis to client groups, including single homeless, refugees, drug and/or alcohol adiction, ex-offenders, mental health and domestic violence. The services will need to link with accommodation services and contribute to the 'move on strategy' through facilitating community based solutions and effective disengagement. The Council is particularly interested in developing its future provision with reference to complementary use of technology.
