This is a framework for the Provision of Housing Related ServicesThe framework will be awarded according to the following lots:Lot 1 – Care Leavers and Young PeopleLot 2 – Drugs and AlcoholLot 3 – Complex NeedsLot 4 – InnovationThe Council intends to operate a single supplier framework for Lots 1 to 3, and operate a multi supplier framework for Lot 4. Direct award will be the method for awarding contracts for Lots 1 to 3, and mini competitions will be used for Lot 4.
