Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking to commission a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation who are an accredited provider under the Supporting People Welsh Assembly Guidelines. The organisation must have suitable skills and experience to provide a 24 hour staffed supported housing service for people who have offended to live with support in the community. They will also need to work in partnership with the Wales Probation Service to maximise the tenants choice, privacy and dignity.Carmarthenshire County Council will also be looking to work with the successful service provider to meet the accommodation needs of the service through the private rented sector, the costs of which will need to be rechargeable through rent.
