The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a suitable qualified supplier to provide diagnostic and ultrasound equipment, consumables and maintenance and to meet the requirements of the Health Board within the Cardiff and Vale UHB and Cwm Taf HB. Further information is set out in a pre-qualification questionnaire ("PQQ"), which is available on request. The LHB are seeking a supplier to provide a purchase, lease or managed service option for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years at the UHB''s discretion.
