Applications are invited from service providers wishing to tender for the Provision of Independent Living Services for Adults with Learning Disabilities in their own homes in three properties in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire for the period 1st September 2011 to 31st August 2016 with an option to extend for a further 24 months.You will require an in-depth knowledge of Learning Disabilities and behaviours that challenge, together with a full understanding of national minimum care standards.The attention of any prospective tenderers is drawn to the provisions of the Acquired Rights Directive 77/187/EEC and the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981 which in the view of the Council may apply to these contracts.
