Batteries. Northern lighthouse Board have a requirement for Industrial Secondary Batteries for installation at a number of offshore buoys and lighthouses for use with Solar Systems and as standby at mains powered sites. A minimum of 15 years life expectancy is required. Each battery is to be supplied complete with terminal shrouding, flame arresting vents, instructions, tools, supplied filled and charged, solid intercell connectors. Please note batteries will comprise of not more than 10 parallel cells. A full specification is detailed within the tender document.
