Provision of Integrated Community Musculoskeletal Therapy Service (Lambeth CCG).

NHS Lambeth are procuring new community musculoskeletal services for patients registered to a Lambeth GP. The procurement exercise provides an excellent opportunity to look at how best we can improve the service delivery model for service provision and also enable equitable and high quality services in Lambeth.NHS Lambeth seeks to commission Services that will deliver high quality Community Musculoskeletal therapy care and treatment including the 'Musculoskeletal Clinical Assessment, Treatment & Triage Services' (MCATTS). The Services will be provided across the Borough of LambethThese new Services will work with existing Providers, Commissioners and local communities to fully implement National and Local requirements. This will include providing high quality care in locations closer to patient's home or place of work, improving access and reducing waiting times. The new service will implement packages of care that move patients swiftly along evidence based pathways with one stop services where possible or appropriate.Key objectives will also include the ability to demonstrate a movement in the clinical threshold for accessing services for assessment, diagnosis and treatment from secondary care into primary care ensuring services are patient centred, evidence based and value for money. The service will be delivered across multiple sites in the Borough of Lambeth.
