The Council is seeking expressions of interest from specialised landfill gas management and utilisation companies with previous experience of integrated gas management and power generation projects to provide a professional service to manage the landfill gas field and generate electricity from the gas produced at our two recently capped & restored landfill sites within Gwynedd, namely Llwyn Isaf, Clynnog Fawr.
