Legal Services RequirementWave-Tricity Ltd requires a legal services partners to help support the development of its Wave Energy R&D project.The project will require legal support in the following areas:•General commercial & contractual•Intellectual Property•Human Resources•Planning - Focus on Sea Bed Licencing•Energy – Focus on international energy markets and structuring of Power Purchase Agreements•International Law•Maritime Law•EU Structural Funds•Fund Raising, to include IPO, Acquisition and other growth fundsIt is our intention (with weighting supporting) to look for a single partner to source the above services, however, ‘point’ solution providers will be entertained as well.The tender should include relevant experience in the area and be supported by a full commercial proposal about how the company would support Wave-Tricity Ltd through its growth period, including an understanding of the legal company’s attitude to ‘Risk-Reward’ pricing of services.All tender responses will be evaluated using the following criteria:•Value for money – 30% (To demonstrate how they provide value for money with any associated costs)•Reputation – 20% (To demonstrate past relevant experience and achievements)•Ability to deliver scope – 40% (All responses to highlight individual areas that they can provide services for)•Resource availability- 10% (All responses should demonstrate the resources that will be available to work on the contract)The contract duration will be 24 months.
