Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) is undertaking this procurement on behalf of the East Midlands and Mid Anglia Libraries Consortium (EMMAC) to establish a framework agreement for the supply of Library stock materialsEMMAC Consortium consists of:— Cambridgeshire County Council,— Creative Learning Services (CLS),— Derby City Council,— Derbyshire County Council,— Inspire: Culture Learning and Libraries (Midlands) (known as ‘Inspire’),— Inspire’s Education Library Service (ELS),— Leicestershire County Council,— Leicester City Council,— Nottingham City Council,— Peterborough City Council,— Rutland County Council.Any resulting framework agreement will be entered into by Inspire as the lead member of the consortium.
