Bournemouth Drug and Alcohol Action Team (DAAT) have appointed a provider to deliver a low level psychosocial intervention service to residents of Bournemouth with substance misuse problems.Bournemouth DAAT currently has a range of psychosocial interventions available for individuals at different levels within the Bournemouth Treatment System. This Contract is for individuals on a one to one basis at a low level to work with individuals issues/concerns regarding or linked to their substance misuse issues. Entry into the services will be via the Bournemouth Assessment Team, an independent, central team of Assessors and Care Co-Ordinators for individuals in structured treatment.The Contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years subject to satisfactory performance and funding. The anticipated start date is 1.4.2015.
