Brighton and Hove City Council is seeking a provider to operate a low support accommodation service to meet the needs of people rough sleeping in the Brighton area. These people will have a local connection and their support needs will have been assessed by rough sleeping services. Please note that the timescales involved in establishing the service are very tight and therefore it is recommended that potential bidders have access to suitable accommodation.
