Provision of Machine Based Highway Condition Surveys

Descriptions

The Council is looking for a Contractor to undertake machine based highway condition surveys. The surveys will be carried out on local roads in the counties of Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. The successful tenderer will be required to carry out SCANNER, SCRIM, DEFLECTOGRAPH and other machine based surveys, Coarse Visual Inspections and NPI reporting. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate that they are able to carry out all the different survey types that may be required.
