Rampton Hospital operates 2 separate Distributed TV Services, 1 for use by our patients and the 2nd for use by our internal training department. Both services are delivered using Exterity products (AvediaServer, Encoders, TV Gateways and Receivers) and Exterity compatible hotel-mode televisions.The primary object of the Patient Distributed TV service is to provide patients with access to approved TV channels (Freeview and Freesat), optional subscription channels (Sports and / or Movies) and to act as a portal to Hospital provided patient information. This procurement exercise is to secure maintenance of the existing estates (equipment) and provide replacement when/where required. Having invested in the Exterity technology It is essential that the supplier is an approved Exterity Partner providing AvediaCare / AvediaCare Plus.Contract Duration = 3+1+1 years.
