Provision of Managed ICT Services

De La Salle School and St Cuthbert's Catholic High School are inviting tenders for the provision of an ICT Managed Service. Tenderers are invited to submit for one or both lots representing each school. Each Lot will be awarded separately based on the award criteria published. The provision of ICT Managed Services is to provide the schools with a comprehensive single point of management for all ICT related matters. The scope of this contract is to provide the school with: •A single point of access to efficient, effective and timely services in accordance with the standards for service performance and improvements as set out in the specification. •Anywhere, anytime access for children, young people, teachers and support staff to systems that support learning, information management and communications.
