As part of its temporary labour procurement strategy, Places for People is committed to developing value for money services and as such wants to procure a Neutral Vendor provider service on a national basis.The provider needs to be a TRUE VENDOR NEUTRAL provider who does not directly supply agency workers. This means in essence that all agencies that are aligned to each particular lot are given the same amount of opportunity to fulfil each booking.Agencies wishing to supply through this neutral vendor model will be still able to express interest.Please note master vendor providers and managed service providers should not apply.
