Provision of new telephone systems for Paragon Housing Association

Paragon Housing Association require a new telephone system. Minimum specification required: - 39 x Desk Phones (simply button / display and speed dial buttons) FAX SIP (Paragon HA currently use ISDN) Voicemail (Including the ability for group voicemail) PC / Thin Client software Time for installation and Training The system should also include at as a minimum the following: -  Business continuity/recovery  Caller identification  Extension forwarding to follow person if off site.  Client telephone numbers stored in the system.  Conference calling  On hold music  If unable to access office – divert to multiple lines.  The capacity to be expanded if staff numbers were to increase.  Reporting.
