Provision of Ofcom Senior Industry Stakeholder Review
Descriptions
Ofcom has a requirement to commission a senior industry stakeholder review. This will entail the successful bidder facilitating a review of Ofcom's role and performance as a regulator with key Ofcom senior industry stakeholders (circa 42) via a questionnaire and follow-up interviews. The feedback from the review will be used to produce a report to be presented to the Ofcom Board. As a minimum, the service must deliver the following:
- High quality research collecting, collating, and analysing feedback from senior industry stakeholders (generally the CEO/ 'C-suite' individuals that Ofcom's CEO and Board would meet with) through both questionnaire and interview delivering a report focussed on the key evidence. Presentation of this report to the Ofcom Board
- Adherence to the timetable agreed with flexibility to add additional stakeholders if required.
- Adherence to high research and data protection standards.
The project must be conducted in compliance with the Market Research Society's Code of Conduct. Understanding of this Code, relevant experience of working within its requirements and membership of the Market Research Society will be viewed favourably.
