Inclusive in the scope of service is uplift and disposal of the following types of waste Pan Scotland using skips or bins:— general waste (Pan Scotland),— DMR (Pan Scotland),— glass (Labs only),— clinical (labs only),— food,— confidential waste in line with GDPR,— ad hoc (WEE, Lithium ion batteries, lab equipment),— wood pallets,— tetra pack.To ensure compliance with ISO14001 and Zero Waste Scotland Regulations contractors must be able to provide the following:— information on the Recycling Journey,— full traceability of waste (including waste transfer, consignment notes, and use of EWC and SIC codes),— tracking of Scottish Water carbon footprint,— regular report providing information on the monitoring and measuring capability of Scottish Water waste,— separation of waste capability.
