The University implemented Oracle Financials R11 v02 (CUFS) in August 2000. Since then the University has upgraded regularly and is currently on Oracle e-Business Suite 11.5.10.2 with the following modules in use - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Grants, Projects, iProcurement and Purchasing. The University is now upgrading to Oracle e-Business Suite R12.1.3 and is looking to contract with a single Oracle Partner to provide expert advice and guidance on a call off basis. However, the University reserves the right to contract with more than Oracle Partner in the event that a single Oracle Partner is unable to provide the required advice and guidance on all the modules that the University is upgrading.
