The purpose of this tender is to secure a provider to deliver a strategy engagement and development process which will enable: •Staff across the whole organisation to contribute to the strategy and highlight what is needed to make Oxleas a better place to work and deliver care. •The creation of a network of staff assemblies will be key to this. •Developments in the local health and social care environment and priorities for partner organisations to be reflected in the strategy •Service users, carers and members to contribute to the strategy and highlight what is needed to enable Oxleas to deliver better patient care. We have developed an approach the engagement process that we wish to work with a partner organisation to deliver. The delivery of strategy development programme will need to deliver the following key elements and offer opportunities for transferring skills, knowledge and methodology to the internal team at Oxleas.
