The appointment of a capable provider to undertake the provision of Party Wall Surveyor Services relating to an initial building contract to undertake external major repairs to approx. 100 council houses spread over seven housing estates throughout the county during 2016. There will be further building contracts to undertake similar external repairs to an additional approx. 200 council houses throughout the county in 2017 & 2018.Services required will include serving of party wall notices, preparation of schedules of condition as Agreed Surveyor, drafting and issuing of awards as Agreed Surveyor and dispute resolution.The Services are to be provided in accordance with Denbighshire County Council's Conditions of Consultancy Appointment.This will involve the establishment of a framework agreement with one provider for an initial 3 year period with the option to extend for a further one year should additional funding and properties become available.
