Provision of Prefabricated Modular House Extension - Market Engagement RFI

Herefordshire Council is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for the purpose of establishing whether there are any organisations that are interested in providing a prefabricated modular house extension for disabled person(s) home in Hereford, HR2. Herefordshire Council is looking for a full solution to a house extension for 2 disabled children who live in the same house. The extension should provide them with a wheelchair accessible bedroom each (single bed), shared level access shower suitable for wheelchair use, and adjoining lobby to existing property. For this RFI, we are keen hear from providers who can design, apply for and manage all relevant permissions/ planning, manufacture and install the extension to high standard. Closing date for responses: Friday 04 July 2025 at 12:00
