Invitations are now invited from suitably experienced and capable providers to deliver the provision of a Primary Medical Services and Primary Care Hub Service Under a Single APMS Contract from the Junction Health Centre. The Junction Health Centre is a GP practice and walk-in centre located under the railway arches adjacent to Clapham Junction mainline railway station. The current service is under an APMS contract in respect of core primary medical services serving the needs of c 8 300 registered patients, and under a parallel NHS Standard Contract in respect of walk-in services.
