Health insurance services. Health Insurance Services. Westminster City Council currently provides healthcare cover to approximately 55 of their directors, senior officers and deputies through a scheme administered by AXA PPP Healthcare. The health insurance cover is to be fully rostered and include without limitation such benefits as London and possible provincial hospital access, psychiatric cover, maternity cover, chronic care emergency, overseas and repatriation cover, full refund-outpatient cover for abnormal conditions, 24 hour/365 days of the year help lines for advice and stress. The scheme is to be available to the Employees with cover for the family dependants including children up to the age of 21-25 years who are still in full time education. The scheme is fully funded by the City Council by means of an Annual Premium paid at commencement of the contract with no excess payable by scheme members. The scheme operates on a Fully Insured, Flat Rate basis. Tenderers will be required to submit prices for either the current Claims-related scheme OR the age-related Tenderers are also allowed to submit prices for both. As part of the Tender process the City Council have engaged Gallagher Employee Benefits Consultants to assist with the evaluation and clarification of submissions on a fee basis.
