Provision of property management services which may be let by five local authorities through a framework agreement.The Framework Agreement is a four year agreement for the provision of eight lots of property services. The provision of the framework agreement for property services is intended to be primarily for the Contracting Authority. However, there is a potential for the other local authorities identified in in this Notice to call off Lots 1-7. Contracts called off the Framework Agreement will be for terms of between two and four years (although the contract must expire within one year of the expiry date of the Framework Agreement). Lot 8, which will only be commissioned by the Contracting Authority, is divided into five areas (which are detailed below and set out as Lot 8A, Lot 8B, Lot 8C, Lot 8D and Lot 8E) – expressions of interest were invited for each of the areas defined within Lot 8. The lots were described as follows1. Landlord Services - Property Management of the Commercial Property Portfolio2. General Valuations; Right-to-Buy Valuations; Transactions for the Housing Department; Services where the Council is the Tenant; Acquisitions & Non-Residential Sales3. Asset Valuations; HRA Stock Valuations; Rating Services4. Statutory Valuations; Strategic Consultancy and Property Advice Valuation & Property Advice to the Planning Department5. Sales by of Property Auction6. Dilapidations7. Advertising Hoardings8. Estate Agency Services - Sales of Residential Property other than by Auction.
