BMBC is intending to undertake a procurement exercise for a Delivery Partner to provide various property, construction, transport and environmental professional and consultancy services. To help inform such an exercise, the Council is undertaking this pre-market engagement stage to explore what is available and seek feedback and guidance from the supply market. As part of this exercise the Council is requesting responses to several questions detailed at Appendix 1 Request for Information.
