This PIN is a Pre-Market Engagement issued by Ateb Group to encourage businesses to register and bid for an anticipated Provision of Property Repairs and Void Works Framework Agreement.Ateb Group is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord that was set up to manage, maintain and improve over 3,000 properties spread throughout the Pembrokeshire County.Ateb Group is seeking to appoint contractors to a 3-year Framework Agreement with the option to extend to a further 2-year period in 12-month instalments, and it is anticipated that work will be allocated to contractors through ‘Call-off Contracts on a rotational basis’. The works programme will comprise of the Provision of Property Repairs and Void Works of Ateb housing stock.It is anticipated that the annual value of the Framework will be in the region of 1.5m GBP.
