Provision of PSO Air Service between Cardiff Airport and RAF Valley

The Welsh Ministers are seeking to secure a new 4 year contract for the provision of a scheduled air service between north and south Wales. The service will provide at least two daily direct flights and will be operated as a Public Service Obligation (PSO) under European Union Regulations 1008/2008. The aim of the air service is to encourage closer economic, social and political cohesiveness between north and south Wales, and to generate positive economic development outcomes for north Wales.
