Descriptions
The core objective of the Services is to provide real estate services in the following areas related to the BusConnects Infrastructure Programme:(i)Negotiating on behalf of the Authority in relation to all property acquisitions; (ii)Assisting the Authority at arbitration in relation to property acquisitions;(iii)Preparing valuations for all property to be acquired, to include preparing estimates of acquisition costs to be included in the Business Case for each Scheme.
