Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and technically competent Contractor to provide repair and maintenance services for a very varied portfolio of properties and assets mostly across the town of Blackpool.r r Please see the attached specification and accompanying documents for the full scope of activity required under this agreement.r Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a single Contractor who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender. r r It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1st October 2024 to 30th September 2026 (2 years), with the option to extend for a period of 1 year (subject to contract review and budget availability).r r
