Pembrokeshire Housing Association is looking to appoint contractors to a framework agreement for day to day responsive repairs to carry out minor building works to the Association’s properties.The Association is supportive to local and smaller contractors, and this contract is broken down into work categories and geographical lots so a smaller specialist contractor can bid for work in one work category only if they wish. Contractors who have the ability to undertake the work across more than one work category may bid for some or all of the work categories.Most of the responsive repairs are undertaken by the Association’s own workforce, and the work tendered out in this contract represents; either a specialist skill which the Association’s own workforce does not currently possess e.g. roofing, or work that will be undertaken by both the Association’s own workforce and contractors appointed under this contract e.g. carpentry and joinery.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at http://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=46134.
