Benefit services. Telephone-answering services. Business and management consultancy and related services. Computer-related services. General public services. IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support. Data-processing services. Financial transaction processing and clearing-house services. Office-support services. The Councils are seeking a Service Delivery Partner for the provision of core Revenues and Benefits Services including Council Tax Administration, Business Rates Administration, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Discount Administration and Fraud and recovery with regard the same.Additionally, The Councils wish to consider services ancillary to the above core service such as some or all ICT provision, customer contact/ customer access services.The Councils currently jointly run, hosted by Wychavon District Council, South Worcestershire Revenues and Benefits shared Service which is based in Pershore Worcestershire. Whilst it is envisaged that the service will continue to run from its current site the Council would wish to invite ideas on how eventual spare capacity could be sold to any other English/Welsh local authorities as listed at http://www.idea.gov.uk/idk/org/la-data.do.
