Provision of School Catering Services.

The successful tenderer will be required to provide catering services to The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership and Coleshill School.The contract covers the scope for the provision of all catering services within the Schools including breakfast, morning break, lunch offer and events and hospitality services.The annual contract values are currently estimated to be:Sales Values:Arthur Terry Actual 2013/14 Cash GBP 390 000 Hospitality GBP 41 500;Coleshill School Actual 2013/14 Cash GBP 169 000 FSM GBP 7 300;Stockland Green School Budget 2013/14 Cash GBP 86 000 FSM GBP 80 000 Hospitality GBP 14 000.Contract Costs:Slade Primary Actual 2013/14 GBP 37 815;Brookvale Primary Actual 2013/14 GBP 15 965;Mere Green Primary Actual 2013/14 GBP 21 541;Hill West Primary Actual 2013/14 GBP 11 301.The duration of the contract being offered is 3 years commencing on 1.4.2015 for all, other than Coleshill School which will commence on 1.8.2015.The contract will include the right to extend for a further 2 years, if appropriate.
