The successful tenderer will be required to provide cleaning services at Whitburn Church of England Academy.Whitburn Church of England Academy is a secondary school situated between Sunderland and South Shields catering for in excess of 1 000 pupils aged 11-19 in a modern school building.The School currently manages its own cleaning services but now wishes to contract out this service with the aim of providing a reliable high quality cleaning service.The requirement will be for cleaning the existing buildings and also the new sixth form building which is due to open September 2015.The contract is to commence on 1.9.2015 for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.Experience of providing cleaning services within secondary schools is essential and references will be sought from existing clients.
