Natural Resources Wales (NRW) requires a three year contract for the provision of a quality assurance scheme that will help ensure the quality of our Chironomid Pupal Exuvial Technique (CPET) sample analysis.We require the provision of 4 ring tests, each consisting of 3 duplicate vials of 10 chironomid pupal exuviae of different taxa, reviewing and reporting on the results submitted by each of the 3 NRW CPET analysts.The supplier should be suitably qualified to undertake this work. Appropriate Health and Safety procedures should be followed during the whole of this contract, particularly when collecting and preparing the specimens.
