This procurement is to find a provider that will design, build, fund and operate key worker accommodation for Hinchingbrooke Health Care NHS Trust. The Trust is considering transferring the site to a charitable vehicle, in which case the charitable vehicle would make a property interest available to the successful bidder, however in this instance the nomination agreement would continue to be between Hinchingbrooke Health Care NHS Trust and the successful bidder.
