Provision of Servicing, Maintenance and Planned Replacements of Domestic and Communal Heating, Water

Descriptions

The contract works will cover the servicing, maintenance and planned replacement of 21,000+ domestic gas heating installations and 65 communal boilers. It will also cover a range of additional service and maintenance obligations in respect of Landlord's mechanical installations (cold water pumps, sewage pumps, direct fired water heaters, water hygiene - Legionella testing) and of other service installations (hard wired smoke detectors, commercial kitchen equipment, dry risers and water softeners). All as fully detailed in the Memorandum of Information and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire which will be issued to respondents to this Notice.
