Flintshire and Denbighshire County Councils are seeking to procure an on-line Social Value software management system. This software package is required to ensure accurate target setting and the consistent recording of the achievement of Social Value to enable monitoring as well as provide visibility of the collective impact of the social value approach.The Social Value software is intended to make it easier for Council officers, contractors and third sector partners to report on contract achievements and social value benefits, thus eliminating the administration burden and costs of undertaking this task manually.Only a system that captures, records and reports on Social Value achievements is required. A more comprehensive and extensive project management system is not applicable or necessary.
