TfW has committed to providing equality of opportunity and by signing the Armed Forces Covenant TfW has also committed to supporting ex-military personnel in job opportunities and support in employment. TfW are looking to procure services from an organisation to provide support in three core areas:1. Recruitment support, specifically regarding candidates who are ex-military or due to leave the forces;2. Positive action, providing a networking opportunity for various under-represented groups leaving the forces and TfW to highlight potential employment opportunity, improving inclusivity and increasing the representation of under-represented groups within the transport sector;3.
