CONFIRMATION OF AWARD This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (PSR) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provision of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. The Provider was notified in September 2024. It is anticipated that the contract will run from 1st April 2025 – 31st March 2030 (with the option to extend incrementally 1 + 1 years subject to satisfactory review). The value over the lifetime of the contract (including extensions) is anticipated to be £12,000,000
